HOW CAN I GET HELP WITH MY DESIGN?
A: Whether you’re having trouble with your design, not sure how many colors you’ll need to print your art, or just want a helpful artist to take a look at your design, we’re always happy to help! Most design questions can be answered by our service representatives. Call us for real, live help 5 days a week at 506-688-4744, Monday through Friday 10AM – 5PM AST.
Designs Plus Custom Shirts is also proud to offer Creative Services, our in-house design team can create your dream shirt design for you from scratch- for free.
SAME DESIGN ON MULTIPLE SHIRT STYLES?
A: Yes! If you have one design but want to order it on multiple styles, Designs Plus Custom Shirts will always give you the best volume price for your entire order.
Note: Different styles have different design areas, and we may need to adjust your design to fit all styles in an order. Don’t worry, we’ll run any changes past you first, and you’ll see exactly how your order will print in your picture proof email.
CHOOSING THE BEST COLORS FOR YOUR DESIGN
A: Choosing your VHT, DTF ink colors VS Shirt color is one of the fun parts of designing, however it can also be a bit tricky. Sometimes, certain t-shirt/ink color combinations look more vibrant on a computer screen than they do in real life.
Our art team is very aware of this issue, and every order that comes through Design Plus Custom Shirts is checked for color contrast. If we spot a potential contrast issue that we think you might ultimately not be happy with, we will contact you to discuss it, as well as suggest an alternative color.
Here are some quick guidelines to choose color combinations that pop!
When using lighter shirts, be careful of pastel colors such as yellow, baby blue, or light pink. These colors are visible on the shirts, but may not be legible at a distance. Adding an outline of a darker color to a lighter color design can highlight the text, making it more legible!
Darker colored shirts look great with these lighter ink colors, however be careful about darker colors like cardinal, maroon, or forest. These colors may look great, but when they are printed sometimes the shirt color distorts the ink color, making them look more brown or dull than intended. When we see these colors on an order, we’ll call and offer a color that will print like the color you choose.
DESIGNS ON DIFFERENT SIZES
A: When ordering from Designs Plus Custom Shirts, it is important to remember that your design is shown on a standard shirt size:
The design dimensions that are shown on this product will be adjusted for every item in your order. That means that your design may appear smaller on a youth product, or larger on a plus-size product, even though the design is exactly the same on every item.
The same applies for any of our products.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?
A: We are open Monday through Friday 10AM – 5PM AST . Special Saturday Holiday Pickup hours can be arranged. Please feel free to us a call anytime during business hours.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECIEVE MY ORDER?
A: Every order is custom printed at the time of order so please allow 2 -4 business days for production (once your design is approved). Our average turn around time is 4 business days on single shirt orders. We make every effort to get your order out in a fast and efficient manner!
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?
A: Each order is reviewed by the Designs Plus Custom Shirts production team to make sure your design is perfect and ready for print. Weather you are suppling you own design or our creative rustlers are creating one for you.
All orders will get an email with a picture proof along with your order details, and a Designs Plus Custom Shirts invoice with our payment methods. Once your print proof and order details are approved and payment has been confirmed. Your products are then printed.
After your items are printed, they will be available for pick up or shipped out by your guaranteed date. You will receive an Order Ready For Pickup or a Shipping Notification email.

HOW WILL MY PHOTO SHIRT BE PRINTED?
A: Designs Plus Custom Shirts offers full-color digital High quality (DTF) direct to film printing.
HOW DO I GET A GREAT QUALITY PHOTO T-SHIRT?
A: Designs Plus Custom Shirts makes it fun and easy to make a custom photo t-shirt. Start by sending us a high resolution image with a minimum of 720 DPI (dots per square inch) If you are looking to make a unique photo shirt our creative rustlers can help personalize your shirt with custom fonts/text, add design elements, and remove backgrounds from your images and much more! HOW DO I WASH A PHOTO PRINTED T-SHIRT?
A: It’s important to keep something as special as your custom photo t-shirts looking great. For optimal care of your tee, turn your shirt inside out and wash on cold. Dry on low heat and avoid directly ironing on the photo printed area.

CAN I SUPPLY MY OWN APPAREL WEAR
A: Yes Designs Plus Custom Shirts will print on your supplied Apparel wear, Jerseys, Aprons, Onesies, T-shirts, Tank Tops, Pillowcases, Bags and Coats all at a discount.
Discounts will reflex on the number of items, how many print colors, and the size of your print.

HOW IS MY PRICE DETERMINED?
A: Whether you’re curious about the cost of your order or the price difference between different designs or products, we’re always here to provide a quick, accurate price quote with no obligation to buy.
Your all-inclusive Designs Plus Custom Shirts price is primarily determined by FOUR things:
1: The product you select.
2: The total number of colors needed for printing, how heavy the ink coverage is.
3: The total quantity of items in your order.
4: The total number of sides printed (One sided print (front standard), Photo prints, numbers added to the back of your shirt, or you would like us to print on the sleeves etc.
PAYMENT METHODS
A: Whether you’re paying or over the phone, you have multiple payment options. You can pay for your order with an e-transfer, a credit card, MasterCard, Visa, or American express. Simply choose your payment method on your order forum.
DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES OR RETURNS
A: We do not offer exchanges or returns since our items are custom made for each order. Please review the size chart carefully before selecting your size. If there is something wrong with your order please contact us and we will do everything we can to correct the situation for you!
