- Assumption of Risk: While we take the utmost care with every order, custom heat-pressing and printing involve industrial machinery and high temperatures. All customer-supplied items are decorated at the customer’s own risk.
- No Replacement Guarantee: Unlike items sourced directly from our premium supplier catalogs, we cannot guarantee the performance of external fabrics. In the rare event of a misprint, scorching, or machine malfunction, Designs Plus Custom Shirts is not liable for replacing or reimbursing the cost of the supplied item.
- Material Compatibility: We reserve the right to refuse items that are deemed unsuitable for our decoration processes (e.g., certain waterproof coatings, delicate silks, or heavily soiled items).
- Limited Liability: Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the printing service itself. Any approved decoration that results in an unsatisfactory finish on a supplied item will be eligible for a service refund, but not a replacement of the garment.
